External surveyors and/or cargo supervisors are generally not allowed onboard our vessels during cargo operation. This is due to operational safety for cargo and operating personnel. For special cases, when requested by shipper, e.g., project cargo shipments, exception maybe granted after assessment by local operations or Quality responsible as operators.
