Pre-operations alignment with vessel

WW Ocean representative shall ensure that the necessary information is communicated, per alignment mail, with the vessel as soon as it is available.

This pre-operational alignment messages should include, but not be limited to, the following items:

  1. Estimated time and position of berthing.
  2. Starting time, number of shifts planned, breaks and expected intervals of no operations.
  3. Estimated Time of Completion and Departure (ETD).
  4. Suggested time and place for the ramp meeting.
  5. Number of working gangs.
  6. Working sequence - plan, including panel movements advise and / or cargo-shifting plan if relevant.
  7. Emergency contact procedures and any local safety and security information.
  8. Dangerous Goods list.
  9. Any special requirements.
  10. Lashing management to be aligned between stevedores and vessel: placing rubber mats on behalf of vessel and on behalf of cargo (anti slip in stow or on ramps)) / moving of lashing / equipment boxes.
