Post-operational meeting

After completion of cargo operations, or as agreed, vessel's command and WW OCEAN representative should meet and agree on the following:

1. Cargo properly secured to satisfaction of the vessel.
2. Cargo loaded/discharged according to plan.
3. If any shifting of cargo has taken place, transshipment cargo or equipment repositioning onboard and added/removed from the cargo plan.
4. Comments on the stevedore and/or vessel performance.
5. Any incident or cargo damage notated during the cargo operation.
6. Vessel ready to depart in a seaworthy condition.

Port Performance Report by vessel command and Post Operational Report by WW OCEAN representative is to be used for reporting of any non-conformities. (Or sent via e-mail to 2WOperationalQuality@walwil.com for charter vessels).
