OPERATORS representative shall ensure that the operations plan is communicated, per alignment mail, with the vessel as soon as practically possible.
The Master shall revert on the pre-operational alignment message without delay confirming all understood or ask for clarification/additional information.
If the Master have special request this must be communicated as soon as possible, in order to have enough time for organizing if necessary (example: extra labor might be needed).
