It is the responsibility of the tally/stevedore to publish and place a copy of the final plan onboard the vessel ASAP after completion of operations in each port. The handwritten plans to include same information as mentioned for SPS plans, i.e.: Stowage plan - Auto, Stowage plan H&H, Weights and Units, Traveler, Exceptions List and IMDG plan.
Master has the full discretion not to sail before they have made their adequate stability calculations after receiving the final plan with proper weights onboard.
