a. Vehicles with damaged or defective Lithium batteries are NOT accepted for loading. This requirement is based on IMDG code 40-20, Special provision 961.1 “Where a lithium battery installed in a vehicle is damaged or defective, the battery shall be removed.
b. Shipper/OEM is responsible to follow all international rules regards shipment of their vehicles, such as IMDG Code etc.
