Rubber mats (vessel protection)
- It is the crew's responsibility to place rubber mats on ramps and decks for protection from tracked cargo units.
- Rubber mats should be placed horizontally and approximately 80cm apart.
- Vessel should cooperate with the Cargo Superintendent or stevedores on how/ where to put the rubber mats.
